Many thanks to the IVGT for the invitation to the event Textile Connect #3 and to the DWI, the Innovation Center of the ITA Academy and the TFI of the RWTH Aachen University for the generous provision of their premises and the exciting guided tours.
Ralf Müller and Petra Hoffmann presented our software solution texware/MES which allows Data integration from the Production, the ERP system and the Energy monitoring . Particularly important: If you want to use AI for analyses and forecasts in the future, you need to start collecting data NOW - but not in Excel! A suitable database with extensive analysis options is the key.
The other presentations also impressively demonstrated how versatile AI will be in the future and how crucial it is that data is communicated effectively. The path to intelligent production begins with the right data basis.
