Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of a registered person free of charge is possible after written notification up to 8 days before the start of the event, after which half of the participation fee will be charged. In the event of non-appearance or cancellation on the day of the event, the full participation fee will be charged. Substitutions will be accepted until the day of the event.
For information and acknowledgement
Photographs and video recordings are taken during our public events. These will be used by update texware GmbH for media purposes without further consultation and will be published in print media or presented in electronic media related to the company. Such publication is always intended to promote a positive public image; therefore, the selection of photos and videos ensures that only positive impressions are reflected. Participants agree that photo and video material may be taken and published, and that they may be photographed.
