On Nov. 10, and 11, 2022 our traditional User Meeting took place, finally face to face again. Our this year’s host was the Saxon Textile Research Institute .e.V. (STFI) in Chemnitz.

Alongside a highly interesting guest presentation of our data base supplier Progress Software GmbH on the topic of IT security, the approximately 40 participants were presented the innovations of the texware/CS Release 23.1, available from April 2023, as well as the enhancements of our MES/Digitization platform texware/Monitoring.

On a round tour of the futureTex research and testing field “Textile Factory of the Future”, the participants were able to experience live, how this program, including the monitoring app, is implemented in connection with the IoT-Gateways of the company in.hub GmbH.

Here, we thank our host, the STFI, in particular Mrs. Dr. Illing-Günther, who rendered it possible for us to organize the event on their site, as well as Mr. Andreas Böhm and Mrs. Berit who in advance supported us professionally in the organization. Moreover, we thank Mr. Stefan Bolte (Progress Software GmbH) for his paper on IT security, Mr. Martin Speidel and Mrs. Petra Hoffmann (update texware GmbH) for the presentation of the texware/CS-Release-News, Mr. Ralf Müller (update texware GmbH), Mr. Andreas Böhm (STFI) and Mr. Marco Neubert (in.hub GmbH) for the paper on texware/Monitoring as well as all participants who contributed to making this user meeting a throughout successful event.
