Your profile
- You have completed the intermediate school leaving certificate, the Abitur or an equivalent school-leaving qualification with good grades
- You are interested in technology and its progress
- You enjoy working in a team and have a strong technical understanding
- You enjoy familiarizing yourself with problems and finding and implementing solutions under guidance, but also independently
- You have good manners and a friendly demeanor
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
Your area of responsibility includes
- Development of basic knowledge of information and telecommunications technology
- Getting to know organizations, business processes and working techniques in an operational environment
- Administration of internal IT systems, Microsoft operating systems
- Hardware and software installation of internal and customer systems
- Monitoring the IT landscape and backup systems
- Error analysis and rectification
- Dial-up connection with customers via Cisco, IPsec...
