Digitalization Platform
texware/Monitoring enables precise, real-time-oriented and, above all, permanent machine data acquisition, monitoring and analysis in production. The tool provides up-to-date information on the production factors material and machine around the clock to ensure effective resource management. It enables the recording of declarations and the transfer of machine parameters to the machine.
- Monitoring app: Possibility to record machine-related feedback (declarations) without terminals on the machines. The smartphone hardware (camera, ringing, vibrating) is used for that purpose.
- Industry 4.0 Extensions – OPC-UA Client & MQTT Broker: Connecting the machines by sensors via LAN/W-LAN with texware/Monitoring and with our ERP system texware/CS or any other ERP system (retrofit).
- For (weaving)machines, the input panel of the machine can be used directly for declarations.
- Quick and easy display of relevant production data in the dashboard (rotation figures, efficiency, stops, etc.)
- Start/stop diagram with downtime reasons per machine
- Individual display in dashboards without programming
